At Yorn Wire Steel, We are 3 types of coating:

  1. Zinc Coating by dipping wire into hot molten zinc hot dip galvanized
  2. PVC Coating by dipping wire into a solution of PVC material, followed by heating the coated wire to allow the PVC to adhere to the surface of the wire.
  3. ZnAl Coating, similar to Zinc Coating but this time we add 10% of Aluminum to the molten solution.
  4. To maximize the corrosion protection, we can also do the double coating. For example: Hot dipped galvanized + PVC.
